ABOUT YUAN XIN VEGETARIAN
Yuan Xin has been in the food catering business for more than 20 years. In response to the encouraging feedback our customers had for our vegetarian cuisine, we decided to focus on offering purely vegetarian food since eight years ago.
The secret to our great-tasting vegetarian meals lies in the fact no MSG is used in our food, allowing the natural flavours of the ingredients to shine through in our dishes. We strive to use only the healthiest ingredients and cooking methods, so our vegetarian fare is especially healthy with low salt and oil contents. We are also able to cater to strict vegetarians because our dishes, including our mock foods, do not contain eggs.
