ABOUT YUAN XIN VEGETARIAN
Yuan Xin has been in the food catering business for more than twenty years. In response to the encouraging response customers had to our vegetarian cuisine, Yuan Xin decided to focus on offering purely vegetarian food since four years ago.
The secret to our great tasting vegetarian meals lies in the fact no MSG is used in our cooking, allowing the natural flavours of the ingredients shine through in our dishes. We try our best to use only the healthiest ingredients and cooking methods, so our vegetarian fare is especially healthy with low salt and oil content. We are also able to cater to strict vegetarians because our dishes, including our mock foods, do not contain eggs.
